Create a team in the Mac app
Open Retext's Settings, create a team and pick a plan by size: 5, 15 or 50 seats.
Invite your team by email
Each person who joins takes a seat. They sign in to Retext and the team's snippets show up next to their own.
Write it once, everyone uses it
Add a snippet to the team library and anyone on the team can type its trigger, in any app on their Mac.

How much does Retext for Teams cost?
Plans are priced by team size, not per seat: 5, 15 or 50 seats. They start at $19.99/mo, with monthly or yearly billing.
What happens when we need more seats?
Move to the next plan from your team's settings. Invitations need a free seat, so you can't go over your plan by accident.
Can a team member see my personal snippets?
No. Personal snippets stay on your Mac. Only snippets you add to the team library are shared.
Do team snippets work without internet?
Yes. Each Mac keeps a copy of the team library and syncs changes when it's back online.
Who can edit the team's snippets?
Owners, admins and editors. Viewers can use every team snippet but can't change them.
What do people need to join?
A Mac on macOS 26 or later, the Retext app, and an invitation to the team.
